Our design division develops both injection and blow moulds in-house and also offers advanced Mould Flow Analysis.

We work on Pro-E and VISI CAD/CAM and are fully equipped to operate with any design software. Our team collaborates closely with customers to design products that meet their exact specifications.

We also undertake reverse engineering and proto tooling to support evolving design requirements. Our design-to-moulded-part turnaround time has consistently impressed customers, and our tooling and design expertise for both local and international markets has earned us a high level of trust and long-term partnerships.

Our state-of-the-art Tool and Die manufacturing facility includes four next-generation CNC machines along with EDM, die spotting, lathe, milling, radial drilling machines and grinders from renowned manufacturers such as DMG, Haas, Kirloskar, HMT and Cincinnati Milacron.
