Our journey in Plastic Moulding and Tooling dates back to 1984, when we began our OEM operations with Maruti Suzuki, one of India’s largest automobile manufacturers. Over the years, our experience in developing precision parts and assemblies has grown significantly and has been well recognized across some of the most demanding segments, including Sheet Metal, Automobiles, Consumer Durables, Government Supplies, Telecommunications, and several other industries.
Currently, we operate from sheet metal and moulding facilities along with two tool rooms. Our state of the art manufacturing facilities are located in Noida, Greater Noida, Tronica, and Tapukara.
The company has identified the Sheet Metal Department as a vital division within any manufacturing or fabrication facility. Its primary role is to transform flat sheet metal into precise, high-quality parts and components used across various products and assemblies. The department manages the complete fabrication workflow, from cutting and forming to welding, assembly, and finishing. Through skilled operations and advanced machinery, the Sheet Metal Department ensures accuracy, consistency, and efficiency, supporting overall production goals and maintaining the required quality standards for final products.
