Infrastructure

Our manufacturing infrastructure is equipped with advanced capabilities across moulding, sheet metal fabrication, finishing and assembly, supported by inhouse testing facilities.

Sheet Metal Fabrication:

  • AMADA fiber laser cutting machine with a 3KW capacity.
  • AMADA turret and four bending machines with capacities of 1.25 and 2.5 meters.
  • Press shop fitted with seven presses ranging from 40 tons to 315 tons.
  • Welding shop equipped for MIG, TIG, laser and spot welding.
  • Powder coating facility with an eleven-tank spray setup and Gema spray guns.

Moulding:

  • Approximately 125 injection molding machines from Haitian, Toshiba, Milacron and Toyo, ranging from 75 tons to 1850 tons.
  • Robotic and conveying systems from Wittman for efficient automation.
  • Centralized material feeding systems by Wittman and Toshiba for seamless material handling.
  • State-of-the-art paint shop designed for dust-free production with a dedicated heating zone for anti-dust coatings.
  • Dedicated tool room with four vertical machining centers, three EDM machines and an inhouse design department.

Assembly Facility:

  • Assembly Line 1 with a capacity of twenty thousand units per month.
  • Assembly Line 2 with a capacity of twenty thousand units per month.
  • SKD assembly line with a capacity of twenty thousand units per month.
  • Dedicated HOB assembly line planned.
  • Overall plant area of approximately eight thousand square meters.

Testing Facilities:

  • Inhouse laboratory for functional testing and noise analysis for chimneys.
  • Inhouse laboratory for functional testing of hobs.
